What we do

BARS, in accordance with the applicable laws in Kingdom of Bahrain shall achieve the following goals:

BARS shall be a channel for communication between Russian Speakers, whether being Bahraini or residents in Bahrain, and the Russian-Speaking People.

BARS shall deliver the best possible cultural and social representation of Kingdom of Bahrain to Russian-Speaker People.

BARS shall encourage relationships in field of culture, literature, arts, sciences and sports.

BARS shall encourage Technical and Creative relationships in favor of serving the economic and social development in Kingdom of Bahrain.

BARS shall define, help and facilitate the affairs of those who desire to study in the Russian-Speaking Countries

BARS shall Work on learning Russian through cooperation with the educational institutions.

BARS shall encourage translation of literature, scientific, creative works from Arabic into Russian and vice versa.

BARS shall hold conferences, seminars, cultural, creative and social activities with mutual interests entities and associations.

BARS shall establish and improve cooperation relationships, exchanging experiences with mutual goals associations outside Kingdom of Bahrain

About Us

The Bahrain Association for Russian Speakers (BARS) has been established In Kingdom of Bahrain in 2013 under registration number (C-40) in accordance with provisions of social and cultural associations, clubs, private entities in the field of Youth and Sports and the private entities issued pursuant to decree law No. (21) of 1989, amended by decree-law No. (44) of 2002 and the ministerial decisions issued for its implementation.
